Delivery

Every order is packed by hand from our studio in the UK. Below are the things worth knowing before yours sets off.

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is £8.50. Smaller pieces such as ceramics, textiles, lighting and accessories are dispatched within 3–5 working days from our studio, by a tracked courier service.

Where possible we group items in a single shipment to reduce packaging and miles. If part of your order is on a longer lead time, the rest will follow as soon as it arrives with us, at no additional cost. We currently ship within the UK only.

Furniture & Bespoke Items

Furniture, headboards, vanity units and other large pieces are sent on a dedicated two-person delivery service, with a placement option in the room of your choice. Lead times for made-to-order pieces are typically 10–12 weeks, and we will confirm a more accurate window with you at the point of order.

Once your item is ready, we'll be in touch to arrange a convenient delivery date and provide any information you may need ahead of delivery.

To help ensure a smooth delivery, please check that your furniture will fit into your home before placing your order. It is your responsibility to make sure access to the property is clear and safe for our delivery team, and to consider any doors, hallways, corridors, staircases, lifts and turning spaces the item will need to pass through.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery on the agreed date. If delivery is unsuccessful because no one is available, or if the item cannot be delivered due to access restrictions, the goods will be returned to us and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date. Please note that an additional delivery charge will apply, as we are still charged by our delivery partners for the attempted delivery.

For very large pieces in central London, the Cotswolds or coastal addresses, we sometimes deliver in person. If you'd prefer this, drop us a line and we'll see what we can do.

Tracking & Timing

As soon as your order leaves us, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

  • Small items, 3 to 5 working days, tracked courier
  • Larger accessories & lighting, 5 to 7 working days
  • Furniture, in stock, 2 to 3 weeks, two-person delivery
  • Made-to-order furniture, 10 to 12 weeks from order

Receiving Your Order

Please open and inspect your order on arrival, ideally with the courier present. In the unlikely event of any damage in transit, photograph the packaging and the piece before unpacking further, and let us know within 24 hours of delivery so we can put it right.

Many of our pieces are handmade or vintage and carry the marks of their making. Subtle variations in finish, texture, grain or patina are not flaws but part of the character of the object.
