Returns

We want you to live with our pieces happily for a long time. If something isn't right, here's how to put it right.

In-Stock Items

If you wish to return an item, we kindly ask that you notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable.

To return an item, please email us at [email protected] for a return authorisation, and we will confirm the correct address to return your order.

House Nine Limited is a UK company that upholds The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected. Company Registration Number: 09435684.

How to Return

Please package the parcel securely, and ensure you include a note of your name and order number.

We strongly advise using a tracked or signed-for service to return your items, and ask that you retain your proof of postage until your return has been received and processed. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit back to us. If a returned item is not received by our team, we may be unable to issue a refund.

Once your item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 10-14 business days of receipt.

Vintage Items

Due to their nature, vintage items will show signs of age and wear. These characteristics will be described as accurately as possible at the point of sale, and do not constitute faults.

Made to Order

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Made-to-order furniture
  • Printed-to-order artwork
  • Customised or bespoke items
  • Commissioned works

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Please inspect items on delivery. If you believe an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
